Delta Protekt® is an anti corrosive coating system for steel and iron. The Protekt family consists of a Zinc Flake base coat, with some of them having integral lubricants to maintain control / torque tension values. Alternatively it is possible to apply a water based VH300 series of topcoats which would improve white corrosion protection.. It is applied like a paint either by various dipping processes for items coated in bulk (bolts, nuts, pressings etc.) or spraying (larger or more cosmetic items) before being heat cured at around 230°C. Very high corrosion protection can be obtained by film thicknesses of only a few thousandths of a millimetre. Delta Protekt is approved and specified by all of the major automotive manufacturers as well as many other well known national and international companies.

Delta Protekt® KL100 is highly anti corrosive member of the family. It can be used on its own where rust prevention is the main requirement , or in conjunction with a topcoat where other properties are required from the coating system.

Delta ProtektR KL105 the latest addition to the Protekt family, offers high corrosion protection, with a built in lubricant. It can be used where rust prevention and a consistent co efficient of friction are the main requirement.
DELTA-PROTEKT® KL120
Delta Protekt® KL120 is the latest Zinc flake material offering superior anti corrosion properties. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with a topcoat where other properties are required from the coating system
DELTA-PROTEKT® VH 300 Series
The VH300 series of inorganic water based topcoats are used whenever enhanced corrosion protection is required or a functionality such as controlled torque / tension is required from the coating system
