In 1984 Delta GBN was founded to apply anti-corrosion materials developed in the USA, for the automotive industry. Delta GBN obtained the UK license for use and distribution in close cooperation with Ewald Dörken AG of West Germany, who held the European License. Technicoat who were a powder coating company, was acquired in 1997 so the group could offer their customers a larger selection of finishes, plus have the facility to spray larger components with Delta materials.
In 2002 it was decided that the group should stop powder coating and concentrate on applying Delta products to this end Technicoat was merged with Delta GBN.
The group now offers a variety of products, which may be combined in certain instances therefore producing a large number of permutations of various colours with different characteristics.
With such a wide variety of products available, the GBN group consider it of paramount importance, both for our customers and our own assurance that our Quality system be effective and that the company is dedicated to the pursuance of never-ending improvement in this field. Hence, the Quality system operated by the GBN group is designed to satisfy the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015, Quality systems for Production, Installation and Servicing and Stock Holding activities.
