Quality

The management of GBN Group have set themselves the objective of maintaining BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and provide a service that will meet the total requirements of its customers. All management and staff are fully trained in the company procedures and all have an understanding of the Quality Management System that will comply with the requirements of the standard. Consequently it is the responsibility of all persons employed by the company to ensure that the requirements of its customers are met and quality procedures followed.

Quality

The management of the group have developed and implemented a documented Quality System that will comply with the requirements of the standard. To ensure that the Quality System reflects the operations group, and is effectively implemented and continually improved, it is regularly audited. The results of which are reviewed at the management review meetings by the management and amendments made and recorded as required. The results are communicated through the group.

The Quality System defines the management objectives, policies and procedures associated with all quality related activities carried out within the company.
