Delta Protekt® is an anti corrosive coating system for steel and iron. There are two types of coating in the system, Delta protect KL100 and the VH300 series of topcoats. It is applied like a paint either by various dipping processes for items coated in bulk (bolts, nuts, pressings etc.) or spraying ( larger or more cosmetic items) before being heat cured at around 230°C. Very high corrosion protection can be obtained by film thicknesses of only a few thousandths of a millimetre. Delta Protekt is approved and specified by all of the major automotive manufacturers as well as many other well known national and international companies.

DELTA-PROTEKT® KL100 Delta Protekt® KL100 is highly anti corrosive member of the family. It can be used on its own where rust prevention is the main requirement , or in conjunction with a topcoat where other properties are required from the coating system. |
DELTA-PROTEKT® VH 300 Series The VH300 series of inorganic water based topcoats are used whenever enhanced corrosion protection is required or a functionality such as controlled torque / tension is required from the coating system. |
